**General job description:** Provide preventive and corrective maintenance for all dies in the plant, as well as support production lines during the manufacturing process, ensuring the proper performance of stamping dies to guarantee efficient productivity. **Main job responsibilities:** * Develop preventive maintenance plans defined for each tool. * Meet targeted line downtime schedules. * Manage mandatory department documentation. * Participate in and analyze first-piece production runs. * Comply with internal work regulations. * Maintain equipment and tools assigned. * Contribute to continuous improvement within the department and company. Manufacture, adjust, and develop new dies, and prepare existing dies for automation. **Education:** Technical degree desirable **Skills:** * Die repair. * Hand tools. * Blueprint interpretation. * Measuring instruments. * TIG and MIG welding processes. * Overhead crane operation. * Workshop machine operation (lathe, milling machine, polisher, cutter, grinder).
