




**Job Objective.** Perform repairs and adjustments on vehicle bodies damaged by accidents, impacts, or wear, ensuring proper structural and aesthetic restoration. **Main Responsibilities** * **Bodywork and painting.** * Assess damage on vehicle bodies. * Straighten and adjust metal parts. * Replace damaged components (when necessary). * Operate welding equipment, hand tools, and pneumatic tools. * **Surface preparation** * Sand and prepare repaired areas for the painting process. * Apply bodywork techniques (minimize use of filler). * **Quality and control** * Verify that repairs meet the company's quality and aesthetic standards. * Deliver vehicles ready for the finishing area with high-quality finishes. * **Safety and tool maintenance** * Comply with safety and organization guidelines in the work area. * Care for, maintain, and timely request necessary tools, spare parts, and equipment. * **Collaboration and support** * Coordinate with finishers, manager, and shop supervisor to meet delivery timelines. * Maintain constant communication regarding progress, omissions, and potential repair delays.
