**On-site and Remote Telecommunications Engineer** **Location:** Industrial Zone, San Luis Potosí, S.L.P. **Modality:** 100% on-site **Salary:** $32,000 gross monthly **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Benefits:** As per labor law **English:** Intermediate (B2 – C1\) We are seeking a **Telecommunications Engineer** with experience in the **management, operation, and maintenance of network and communication infrastructure**, responsible for ensuring the availability and continuity of the organization's technological systems. The ideal candidate has solid experience in **LAN/WAN infrastructure, WLAN (voice and data), fiber optics, microwave links, and UHF/VHF communication systems**, as well as in the **configuration and maintenance of routers, switches, and access points**. **Main responsibilities:** * Ensure the operation and stability of ICT infrastructure. * Address and resolve critical incidents, meeting established SLAs. * Configure and maintain Cisco, HP Aruba, Juniper, and MOXA network equipment. * Manage network diagrams, inventories, and technical documentation. * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of telecommunications systems. * Coordinate activities with external vendors and internal teams. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Communications, or Networks (graduated). * Minimum of 3 years of experience in infrastructure and telecommunications. * **CCNA Certification: Switching, Routing and Wireless (essential)**. * Desirable experience with HP Aruba, MOXA, radio links, and Juniper. * Knowledge of VPN, Linux/UNIX, virtual machines, and ITIL. * Availability to travel and handle incidents outside regular hours. **We offer:** * Gross monthly salary of $32,000\. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability and professional development in an advanced technological environment.
