You will receive an email to follow your application on AIRA and complete the steps to upload your CV and take your tests. **Seasonal Sales Advisor:** November - January Provide the highest levels of service to PUMA customers within a retail store to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals to position PUMA as the fastest sports brand in the world. * Consistently deliver excellent in-store customer service in line with PUMA's brand values and service standards. * Ensure individual performance achieves or exceeds sales, KPI, and profitability targets through effective customer service. * Guarantee proper execution of sales transactions at the register. * Ensure implementation and maintenance of the Visual Merchandising guidelines according to PUMA's established standards. * Be responsible for executing and processing incoming and outgoing merchandise. * Comply with policies and procedures established by PUMA. * Sales experience, preferably in the retail sector. * Passion for the PUMA brand. * Pleasant personality, reliable, and clearly oriented toward effective customer communication. * Ability to work in a team. * Ability to learn quickly. Store location: Mexico City.
