Summary: This role is responsible for finite scheduling of SKUs on manufacturing assets, executing master plans, and ensuring timely production while working closely with plant operations. Make It Possible.** You will be responsible for finite scheduling of SKUs on specific manufacturing assets. You will work with a supply planner to execute the master plan and make weekly adjustments to ensure product quantities are produced on time. You will be closely linked to plant operations and ensure line performance, planned downtime, and staffing assumptions are communicated to the supply planner. **How you will contribute** You will: * Maintain master data in company systems to ensure there is a constant stream of accurate information for the blackout calendar including min lot size/rounding values, production versions, master recipes/BOMs; run rates, loss factors and changeover matrices * Convert weekly supply planning orders to production planning and detailed scheduling orders as production plans roll into the finite window * Hold weekly scheduling meetings with product supply to determine necessary changes to the plant’s production schedule * Work cross\-functionally to ensure that labor, material, and operational inputs can support the aligned schedule. Hold internal scheduling meetings with all key team members * Sequence production planning and detailed scheduling in the finite window to reflect production plans for deployment * Create and close process orders for each week’s production and adjust daily as necessary * Manage master compliance to schedule by ensuring short\-, medium\- and long\-term plans are equivalent to process orders in the current week **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: * Materials, supply chain, finite scheduling, warehousing experience in a manufacturing business * Able to work on key priorities and improving the plan * Problem\-solving and analytical skills – and able to understand and interpret data * Team player who can work with other functions on a daily basis **More about this role** * Develop short\- and long\-term production plan for items produced internally and externally. * Ensure that weekly production plan is available in the planning system on time for the MRP Planners and Materials Specialists in order to execute the material weekly planning and communication to suppliers on time. * Discuss different supply scenarios with supply planning, operations organization in preparation to the Supply Review process to deliver what if scenarios including inventory pre\-build, production off\-load, labor and downtimes adjustments options. * Analyze inventory levels and system alerts and create the optimal FGs supply plan (planned orders) in the short\- and long\-term horizon. * Review operational metrics like Compliance to Schedule (CTS), Volume Compliance (VC), FGs Quality Inspection (QI) past due elements and Non\-productive Inventory in a weekly basis to ensure the supply plan is aligned **Education / Certifications:** Bachelor's degree Intermediate English **Es una posición temporal por obra determinada con fecha de termino del 31/10/2026** No Relocation support available Business Unit Summary Mondelez México has been in the country since 1927 and currently employs 6,000 wonderful people.
