We are looking for an **Operations Manager** with **hands-on experience in plant operations, inventory, yields, and loss control**, capable of operating with discipline, standardization, and continuous improvement. **Requirements** * **Mandatory:** Minimum of **5 years of experience in food operations** (ideal: meat, protein, dairy, sausages, or similar). * Solid knowledge in **yields, FIFO/FEFO, GMP, HACCP, cold chain management, and inventory control.** * Intermediate to advanced **Excel skills**. * Experience leading operational teams. * Availability for **80% field work**, 20% office work. **Key Competencies** * Strong, clear, and respectful leadership. * Operational discipline and consistent follow-up. * Data-driven decision making, not assumptions. * Ability to implement and enforce processes. * Pressure management with a solution-focused mindset. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop and execute the weekly **production plan** in coordination with the sales department. * Supervise product transformation, packaging, and quality control. * Ensure and audit **standard yields** by cut, carcass, and recipe. * Supervise and control **inventories** at central warehouse and branches (daily and weekly). * Manage **shrinkage and losses**, implementing preventive and corrective actions. * Establish and ensure compliance with **operational procedures**, GMP, and HACCP. * Coordinate internal logistics for product delivery between plant and branches. * Lead, train, and supervise operational supervisors and production staff.
