




Position Summary: Responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of service units by controlling budgets, managing personnel, and improving operational indicators. Key Responsibilities: 1. Personnel administration and maintenance of a healthy work environment 2. Improvement of operational indicators and compliance with quality standards 3. Vehicle maintenance management and provision of tools Provide the Service Department, within the requested timeframe, with the maximum number of units in perfect operating condition to carry out scheduled runs without mechanical failures. Control workshop budgets. Manage staff roster while maintaining a healthy work environment. Improve operational indicator results. 2 years of experience; Mechanical Engineer Administrator, Mechanical-Electronic Engineer or related field; Automotive Technician or related field. * Assign daily tasks in the workshop according to each staff member’s profile (Mechanic, Electrician, Bodyworker, etc.) * Ensure that activities performed on units comply with quality, safety, and time standards established by Management * Ensure all supervised personnel meet established performance targets and assigned responsibilities * Ensure all supervised personnel have necessary tools and facilities, as well as proper care and management thereof * Monitor implementation of the 5S program * Responsible for administration and expenses related to assigned units * Ensure and promote proper use and functionality of the Integrated Maintenance System (IMS), under work orders * Responsible for scheduling and conducting weekly meetings with operational staff and reviewing operational indicator results * Control unit appearance and image Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Flexible working hours * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
