




Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support professional passionate about Apple technology to deliver personalized service and track service activities while meeting performance metrics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide first- and second-level technical support to Apple users 2. Deliver personalized customer service 3. Track completed services MacStore. We are a leading distributor of Apple products and services (APR: Apple Premium Reseller), with over 30 years in the market and 76 branches across the Mexican Republic.
