HVAC Technician Requirements * Education: Completed High School Diploma * Willingness to work rotating shifts * Experience: 2–3 years of experience in similar installations * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Customer service orientation * Office work experience REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: * Fan & coil units, variable air volume (VAV) boxes * Basic knowledge of air conditioning / HVAC systems * Window-type AC units, mini-splits, electrical panels * Maintenance of air conditioning equipment * Electrical systems (from 127 volts up to 480 volts) * Use of tools (multimeters, pressure gauges, thermal imaging cameras) * Preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance of comfort and precision air conditioning equipment * Logbook management and monitoring of critical equipment * Troubleshooting of commercial, comfort, and precision refrigeration equipment Why CBRE?
