We seek a professional with strong leadership skills, executive presence, and authority to lead the Human Development department. **Responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of a team (Coordinator and Assistant),** ensuring excellence in talent management, organizational culture, and flawless payroll administration. **Main Responsibilities:** **Team Leadership**: Supervise and guide the performance of the HR Coordinator and Assistant, ensuring achievement of departmental objectives. **Strategic Management:** Ensure talent acquisition processes aligned with position profiles and organizational philosophy. **Administration and Payroll:** Supervise payroll calculation (weekly/bi-weekly), taxes (ISR, 3%), IMSS (SUA/IDSE), and annual benefits. Labor Relations: Handle inspections by authorities (STPS, Civil Protection) and manage disciplinary actions with strict adherence to the Federal Labor Law (LFT). **Work Environment and Culture:** Implement NOM\-035, training programs, and mental health strategies to strengthen the workplace environment. **Required Profile:** Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in HR leadership or management roles, supervising administrative-level staff.
