Location: San Luis Potosi, SLP, MX, 78395 Req ID: 88611 Facility: SAN LUIS POTOSI\-5400 Department: Operations White Plant Division: Global APS Production Operator **Position Summary** -------------------------- Responsible for producing according to Masterbatches requirements, complying with established quality guidelines, generating minimal waste, rework, and hold material, prioritizing personnel and equipment integrity. **Roles and Responsibilities** ----------------------------- * Request and verify delivery of necessary raw materials for masterbatch manufacturing by issuing a verification report of required batch ingredients and returning any excess raw materials. * Manufacture quality products based on the specifications established for each process. * Monitor the behavior of variables defined in the product specification. * Correctly identify all raw materials, production leftovers, rework material, and finished products. * Deliver all waste materials according to the established criteria for each material type. * Physically deliver finished product meeting established quality criteria for both product and packaging to the finished goods forklift operator. * Record process conditions or variables and complete a production report at the end of a production run or shift. * Comply with safety regulations and wear personal protective equipment within operational areas to maintain company-established safety conditions. * Prioritize personal safety in any job-related activity. * Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. **Requirements:** ------------------- * Knowledge of manufacturing processes. * Basic PC skills * Forklift operation * Knowledge of 5S methodology **Education** * Secondary school diploma; high school diploma preferred **Work Experience** * 6 months as a Production Operator **Other Skills** --------------------- * Availability to work rotating shifts * Willingness to learn * Collaborative attitude * Discipline * Attendance and punctuality **Competencies** ---------------- Build Partnerships Deliver Results Drive Innovation Grow Capabilities Promote Inclusion Motivational Fit Technical Skills
