Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash, and cash equivalents according to policies and procedures. Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information. Maintain financial and accounting information accurately using electronic spreadsheets. Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and maintain financial records using journals, ledgers, and/or computers. Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, audit, or payroll reports and tables. Complete closing procedures and reports at the end of the period as specified. Prepare, examine, reconcile, and issue accounts, invoices, and statements according to company procedures. Comply with company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance is neat and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets; protect guest and colleague privacy and security. Address guest service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner. Communicate with others using clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, and answer phones and emails using proper protocol. Foster and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to achieve common goals; listen and respond appropriately to other employees' concerns. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties requested by supervisors.
