Job Description: * Preparation of executive logs * Preparation of construction logs and site inspection records * Documentation of logs * Tracking of schedules and minutes from construction meetings and site inspections * Preparation of reports and presentations * Support in tendering processes * Support in administrative and operational project closeout * Documentation of lessons learned **Requirements** * +3 years of experience in industrial warehouse projects * Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in construction and contractor management * Intermediate English (preferred) * Civil Engineer or Architect (licensed) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Flexibility to work variable hours **Skills Required for the Position** * Review construction progress to ensure report content reflects actual conditions * Document construction details, decision-making processes, change orders, etc., in logs * Proficiency in administrative control applications (e.g., Procore) * Ensure quality control of information in meeting minutes, logs, reports, and presentations Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance or service * Sick leave days * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
