H\+K International México is seeking CNC Technician Job Objective Generate, program, and execute CNC cuts according to the production schedule. Key Responsibilities 1\) Generate cutting and drilling toolpaths. 2\) Program cutting toolpaths on CNC machines. 3\) Optimize material usage. 4\) Maintain optimal production flow. 5\) Ensure produced parts meet quality standards and scheduled quantities. 6\) Strictly adhere to safety regulations. Job Activities * Read and interpret production drawings. * Handle (load and transport) panels (MDF, marine-grade plywood, and plastic laminate). * Install drill bits according to programmed cutting paths. * Execute cutting and drilling toolpaths on CNC machines. * Strictly follow correct execution of the entire programmed toolpath. * Track verbal and written work plans and orders. * Meet established production targets. * Properly handle and complete documentation (Received Information, Production Orders, Travel Sheets, etc.). * Report daily progress (processed products, products in process, and products pending processing). * Identify and report anomalies in procedures (quality of processed parts). * Keep tools and the work area clean and organized.
