Our commitment to innovation, continuous improvement, and human talent development has established us as a benchmark in the national market. **Profile Requirements:** * Education: Technical high school diploma in mechanics, metallurgy, or industrial processes. * Experience: 2–3 years operating press brakes for material bending in metalworking environments. * Experience with manual/programmable bending machines (verifiable) * CNC bending machine programming (desirable) * Bending of sheets made from various alloys (steel, aluminum, stainless steel) of different gauges * Reading of bending drawings and fabrication drawings * Tooling changes on machinery * Material handling in the area applying order and cleanliness * Performance indicators based on work plans and parts delivered at the end of each shift. * Desirable: certifications or courses related to press brakes or cutting machines. * Full-time availability **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate press brakes to fabricate metal parts according to drawings and specifications. * Adjust machine parameters to achieve correct angles and dimensions. * Verify part quality through visual inspection and measurement tools. * Perform basic preventive maintenance on the press brake. * Manage consumables and materials for efficient production use. * Supervise the bending process to ensure quality and adherence to deadlines. * Identify and resolve technical issues during operation. * Collaborate with operators and supervisors to maintain an efficient workflow. * Record production data and report incidents. * Comply with safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE). * Contribute to achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). **Key Competencies:** * Attention to detail and accountability in production processes. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Adaptability to changes in materials and specifications. * Commitment to industrial safety and proper use of PPE. **We Offer:** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Uniforms * Excellent work environment * Transportation **Advance your talent and grow with us.
