Communicate with customers and representatives regarding deliverables and resolution of additional customer service issues, with some guidance from supervisors and colleagues. Participate in regional customer service activities (may include office administration and other support tasks as required by region or department). ***Required Qualifications*** Currently enrolled as a student. Student or graduate in International Trade, International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Continuous learning mindset, frustration tolerance, attention to detail, and teamwork orientation. Strong written communication, organizational, proofreading, documentation, and interpersonal communication skills. Negative drug test result(s). Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office). Customer-oriented service attitude. ***Preferred Qualifications*** Basic proficiency in English. Proactive, self-directed, detail-oriented, and capable of performing repetitive tasks. Vehicle ownership is desirable. ***Physical Requirements*** None
