Our products, present across a wide range of fields, contribute to improving the quality of life for millions of people. **Job Description** * Supervise the production process to ensure planned quality and productivity in accordance with business unit requirements, customer requirements, and internal procedures. * Coordinate and manage area projects in compliance with internal procedures (CDQ’s) and external customer procedures (APQP’s). * Develop and implement RPP objectives within the manufacturing area to ensure achievement of MOE production and quality targets. * Coordinate and organize periodic review meetings with support departments to update the status of the various RPP projects defined for the current year, facilitating their implementation. * Monitor IPN performance against OEE indicators, plant capacities, lessons learned, and quality claims in the area to ensure implementation in manufacturing processes. * Participate in process and quality audits (internal/external) to understand reported findings and ensure follow-up and implementation of corrective actions. **Qualifications** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. Work Experience: 1\-3 years of experience.
