What will be your mission? As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in guest rooms and common areas, promoting a positive image of the hotel and addressing guests' requests and concerns. What will you do? Clean and service assigned rooms according to established standards and procedures, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, removing garbage, etc. Change and replenish bed linens, towels, minibar items, and guest amenities as needed and/or according to scheduled frequency. Prepare assigned rooms according to guests’ special needs and requirements (extra beds, cribs, etc.). Stock, maintain, and transport the cleaning supply cart daily. Report any maintenance issues or deficiencies found in rooms/common areas during cleaning to your direct supervisor. Clean assigned common areas of the hotel and maintain order and an attractive appearance of furniture in these areas. Assist other staff members with cleaning and preparing rooms when necessary due to emergencies, incidents, or high demand. Apply quality management procedures for housekeeping and laundry services.
