(Degree holder with professional license.) Two years of experience in administrative and accounting areas, including personnel management. Experience with and proficiency in ERP or accounting software (e.g., SAP, CONTPAQi, Odoo, etc.). Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Key Competencies: Operational Leadership, Planning, Negotiation, Organization, Results Orientation, Effective Communication, and Teamwork. Technical Competencies: Strategic Planning, Numerical Aptitude, Systems Management, Budget Control. **Responsibilities:** Supervise and collaborate with Warehouse, Purchasing, Credit, and Collections departments. Prepare and present financial statements, monthly reports, and forecasts. Submit accounting dispatch information. Supervise and coordinate with Finance department for review of journal entries, financial statements, bank reconciliations, and invoicing. Participate in audits. Knowledge and management of payroll. Personnel administration, including knowledge of IMSS onboarding/offboarding procedures and SUA and IDS personnel movements.
