Your objective will be to **ensure that technical services, maintenance, deliveries, and logistics movements are executed efficiently, promptly, and with high customer service standards**, guaranteeing operational continuity across our units and clients. **What will you do?** * Coordinate and supervise logistics for **preventive and corrective maintenance services** of gastronomic equipment and facilities. * Monitor the **technical and maintenance team**, ensuring rapid response times and achievement of objectives. * Manage the **distribution and delivery of products** to customers, branches, and service centers. * Address and resolve operational incidents with an **emphasis on immediate resolution and customer satisfaction**. * Implement and improve **logistics and operational processes** to increase efficiency in technical and maintenance services. * Supervise the **management of vehicle fleets**, control of services, and proper operation of assigned equipment. * Coordinate, organize, and prioritize activities to ensure service continuity. **We are looking for** * Bachelor’s degree in **Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering**, or related field. * Demonstrable experience in **logistics, operations, or service coordination**. * Experience coordinating **technical or maintenance teams** is desirable, preferably within the coffee, restaurant, or hospitality industries. * Knowledge of **Odoo or other ERP systems**. * Strong sense of urgency, planning ability, and results orientation. * Service-oriented attitude, customer focus, and leadership skills. * Ability to **organize, prioritize, and make decisions under pressure**. **We offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Ongoing training in the **coffee industry and technical processes**. * Growth opportunities within an expanding company. * A dynamic, collaborative, and continuously improving work environment.
