Manager I, Site Controller provides leadership, oversight, guidance, and direction to the business. They will manage and focus on leading and managing accounting, compliance, SOX, Audits, and methods within guidelines \& policies and regulatory requirements of the business. Essential Duties and Responsibilities* Perform all FP\&A reporting to management on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis (including 3\-year Strategy Planning and Budget) * Act as a key business partner to the Plant Manager performing ad\-hoc tasks to satisfy requests and inform plant and Industrial Components leadership of financial implications of business decisions. * Oversee 3\-Year Strategy Planning process including coordination with Commercial, Engineering, and Operations functions to coordinate presentation to Industrial Components leadership and long\-term financials creation. * Ownership of Budget process working with plant leadership to set direction and establish financial targets. * Direct monthly forecasting process * Oversee monthly close process. * Manage and improve Internal Controls and Procedures * Assist with monthly SIOP process. * Compliance (GAAP, SOX) * Train non\-financial leaders in financial concepts * Partner with other functions and serve as lead financial support for plant projects. * Support and guidance with plant leadership to understand product line profitability. * Manage a team of accounting professionals. * Support both internal and external audits. * Financial variance analysis and root cause countermeasures. Education and Experience Requirements* Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance * MBA and/or CPA preferred. * At least 7 years of accounting/finance experience in a manufacturing environment, 10\+ years of experience preferred. * Previous Controller experience in a manufacturing environment with multi\-site responsibility is a plus Language:* Fluent Spanish. * Fluent English: spoken and written.
