Powertrain Solutions is a provider of diversified powertrain products and solutions in our three market segments Electric Vehicles (EL), Passenger Cars (PC), and Commercial Vehicles / Off\-Road (CV/OR) – from gasoline and diesel injection to electric drives with battery and fuel cell technologies. 88,000 associates in 27 countries and more than 90 locations worldwide are playing their part in the successof Powertrain Solutions. **Job Description** Job Description * Coordinate and manage area projects according to internal and external client procedures. * Develop and implement RPP objectives within the manufacturing area to ensure goal achievement. * Control and monitor manufacturing processes to optimize outcomes within the area. * Follow up on IPN indicators such as OEE, plant capacities, lessons learned, and quality claims within the area to ensure implementation in manufacturing processes. * Participate in process and quality audits (internal/external) to understand findings and ensure follow-up and application of corrective actions. * Review and develop product manufacturing processes according to dimensions, machinery, tools, and required equipment to optimize results. * Understand and identify critical and non-critical manufacturing processes of the VSL. * Design and review VSL manufacturing projects with multidisciplinary teams. * Propose and carry out productivity improvement projects through labor reduction or output increase. * Plan and ensure implementation of problem-solving methodologies based on TOP 5 to guarantee issue resolution. * Act as responsible for systematic (System\-CIP) and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and collaborate on value chain continuous improvement projects. * Advise manufacturing engineers and/or process experts to develop and ensure compliance with manufacturing processes. * Facilitate and communicate innovation in manufacturing technologies through IPN meetings. **Qualifications** Qualifications * Education: Engineering degree or related field. * Mechanical Design * Automation and Control * At least 5 years of experience in similar positions. * Advanced English level. * Manufacturing processes and new processes. * Problem-Solving Methodology * Core Tools (FMEA, APQP, SPC, PPAP) * SAP\-P81 System **Additional Information** Get to know more about how we work at Bosch and our new open positions on our social networks: * Facebook: Bosch Talento México * Instagram: Bosch Campus México * LinkedIn: Bosch México
