




Construction company dedicated to the development of industrial warehouses and maintenance offers the position of **Costs and Budgets**. **Responsibilities** \- Budget preparation: Support the creation and review of budgets for projects and operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. \- Cost analysis: Analyze and control project and operational costs, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost reduction. \- Budget control: Monitor and control actual expenses and costs against established budgets, identifying and reporting variances. \- Reporting and analysis: Prepare cost and budget reports and analyses for management. \- Interdepartmental collaboration: Work closely with departments such as Finance, Projects, and Operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency in cost and budget management. **Requirements** \- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field. \- Experience: Minimum 1\-2 years of experience in similar roles within the construction industry. **Skills** \- Demonstrable knowledge of budgeting and costing. \- Experience with cost and budget management software (e.g., Excel, Neodata). \- Analytical and problem-solving skills. \- Excellent communication and teamwork skills. **On-site office work** **Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM** Position type: Full-time Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $24,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone Experience: * Costs and Budgets in construction or projects: 1 year (Mandatory) License/Certification: * Neodata or unit pricing (Desirable) Work location: On-site employment
