We are looking for the following profile; Application Leader * Location: Polanco * Education: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field Experience * Minimum 3 years in Systems areas * Experience in software development and documentation * Attention and support to internal and external customers * Resolve incidents reported by internal and external customers. * Review incidents reported by users and resolve them or escalate them to higher levels. * Receive user calls and register cases in the ticketing tool. * Support users by resolving questions regarding company services. * Provide technical-administrative support to customers. * Develop procedures and incident documentation (Post-Mortem). Technical Knowledge * Fundamentals of data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis * Object-oriented programming and functional programming (theoretical and/or practical) * Linux / UNIX Operating Systems * Relational databases * Web Services and REST * IT management methodologies: ITIL / ITSM * Problem analysis, resolution, and documentation Job Type: Full-time Salary: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
