Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician. EDUCATION: Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field. SKILLS: Self-management, effective communication. AVAILABILITY TO WORK SHIFT ROTATIONS EXPERIENCE: Minimum two years in equipment and facility maintenance. JOB OBJECTIVE: Ensure proper operation of industrial equipment and facilities, optimize available resources, and maintain high standards of quality and service. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities on equipment and facilities according to the established work schedule. \- Propose innovative solutions to achieve established objectives. \- Participate in hazard identification, risk assessment, and determination of controls for the work or service to be performed. \- Halt operations upon identifying unsafe acts or conditions and immediately inform the direct supervisor. \- Identify customer needs to provide solutions meeting their expectations for service and support. \- Complete all assigned tasks on time and follow up diligently until delivery to the customer. \- Request necessary spare parts and/or materials for job execution from the administrative department. \- Maintain work areas, tools, and materials in an orderly and clean condition. \- Generate corresponding maintenance reports and/or work order closures. \- Comply with environmental management, occupational health and safety system guidelines.
