Role with direct impact on results, safety, and company growth. **Required Profile** * Minimum 7 years in transportation operations (preferably hydrocarbons or hazardous cargo) * Experience managing **fleets of \+70 units** * Proficiency in: * logistics and fleet scheduling * cost control per trip * driver management * field operations (not desk-only) * Experience in high-pressure environments requiring rapid decision-making * Strong leadership, results-oriented focus, and execution **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure **operational fleet availability >90%** * Maximize **revenue per unit (monthly target)** * Optimize load scheduling versus commercial demand * Control operational costs: diesel, tolls, maintenance, drivers * Reduce incidents: **losses, unauthorized stops, idle time** * Execute safe operations in compliance with applicable regulations (SCT / HAZMAT) * Lead operations, monitoring, and driver teams * Coordinate with commercial and executive departments to implement strategy * Make real-time decisions in 24/7 operations **Job KPIs** * Fleet availability (%) * Monthly revenue per unit * Cost per km * Fuel efficiency (km/l) * Safety index * Loss rate * Regulatory compliance * Customer service level
