Job Summary: We are seeking an entrepreneurial operational leader to oversee and enhance the operations of an independent hotel, resolving real-time issues and managing multiple departments. Long-term growth alongside the business Mini Hotel is not a traditional corporate hotel. We are an independent hotel operation with over 10 years of successful operation in San Luis Potosí (Lomas), combining hospitality, sales, operations, technology, and constant adaptation within a much more dynamic and practical model—similar to operating a high-volume Airbnb or a growing operational startup. We seek a candidate with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to truly engage with the business, assume operational leadership, and help elevate operations to the next level. We do not seek someone who waits for instructions. We seek someone who solves problems. Therefore, we seek a candidate who is: * Highly grounded * Solution-oriented * Energetic * Capable of operating under pressure * Enjoys building and improving processes * Wants to grow alongside the business RESPONSIBILITIES * Oversee the hotel’s full operation * Lead front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and daily operations * Resolve operational issues in real time * Supervise room standards and guest experience * Monitor sales, occupancy, and customer service * Coordinate laundry, kitchen, and other operational areas * Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency * Conduct basic administrative, operational, and financial follow-up * Support marketing, promotions, and commercial growth * Maintain structure, order, and consistent follow-up IMPORTANT This is NOT a desk-based position. It is an operational, commercial, and hands-on leadership role where every day presents new challenges and adaptability is essential. IDEAL PROFILE * Prior experience in hospitality, Airbnb, tourism, or similar operational businesses * Preferably experience working directly with owners or small enterprises * Entrepreneurial mindset * Excellent organizational and follow-up skills * Leadership and decision-making ability * Commercial acumen and customer service capability * Stable, responsible, and proactive individual * Ability to adapt to constant changes SCHEDULE 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM Rotating breaks according to hotel operations.
