Emphasis on security, punctuality, and process compliance **MESSENGER** **Objective** Ensure timely collection of payments, delivery of invoices and documents, execution of bank deposits, and transportation of messages between business units and headquarters, guaranteeing security, punctuality, order, and process compliance to support the company's financial and administrative operations. **Responsibilities** · Collect payments at customers' premises on credit, following the daily route. · Deliver printed invoices for customer review/validation. · Collect cash and make deposits at designated banks. · Transport and deliver documents, envelopes, and parcels between offices and business units. · Assist with urgent or authorized local purchases. · Transport personnel between business units as required. · Record deliveries, collections, and deposits in internal logs. · Maintain assigned vehicle/motorcycle and report preventive maintenance and fuel usage. · Comply with security protocols, safeguarding of valuables, and confidentiality requirements. **Requirements** Education: Completed high school. Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar position preferred.
