




Job Summary: Provides service support to operators, coordinates vehicle repairs, serves as the primary point of contact, and monitors maintenance and repair activities—including fleet tire management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Service support for operators and coordination of vehicle repairs 2. Single point of contact for contractors, suppliers, and building administration 3. Fleet tire management and cost analysis * Provide service support to operators by receiving their vehicles and advising them on the services provided; coordinate vehicle repairs with Operations Assistants. * Serve as the single point of contact for contractors, suppliers, and building administration. Monitor all **maintenance** and repair activities. * Receive vehicles; collect operator and vehicle data, diagnose potential failures, and determine appropriate service response. * Inform operators of vehicle failures, estimated delivery time, approximate repair costs, and any additional service requirements for the vehicle. * Fleet tire management, maintenance cost tracking, analysis and interpretation, technical knowledge of tires, scrap tire pile management, budget handling, and project execution.
