**Summary**The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in San Luis Potosí by contributing to key HR initiatives and daily operations. This role offers hands\-on experience across the full HR cycle, including onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, analytics and data management. The intern will work closely with HR professionals to gain exposure to global HR practices while supporting local execution. **Key Responsibilities*** Assist with client support, site activities and communications. * Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires. * Maintain and update employee records as needed * Participate in HR project cross region * Help coordinate employee engagement programs and recognition initiatives. * Provide administrative support for HR documentation, letters, and filing. * Contribute to HR continuous improvement projects and data analysis. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams on HR\-related tasks.
