Additionally, the Packaging Engineer must lead continuous improvement initiatives, collaborate with various departments, and foster talent development within the team. Train new packaging associates in processes critical to the position. Serve as the first point of contact for issues related to SAP, Customer Portals. **Qualifications** Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer. 4 \- 5 years in similar position. Packaging design principles Packaging regulations and standards. Cost analysis. Continuous improvement. Calculation of packing loops Project management Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point) Power BI Innovation and sustainability. Relations with Suppliers and Customers Finance: Financial analysis of RFQs and business cases Knowledge of packaging materials. ISTA and/or ASTM D4332 packaging tests Data analysis Supply chain management. Quality regulations Sustainability in packaging Problem solving Process simulation SAP \- Specific transactions for packaging, labeling, shipping, and demand analysis modules. Management of customer portals and tracking systems.
