




We are looking for a **Payroll Analyst**, preferably with a background in Accounting, to join our team. You will be responsible for calculating, monitoring, and ensuring timely payroll processing, while guaranteeing compliance with current tax and labor regulations. **Responsibilities** * Calculate weekly, biweekly, or monthly payroll. * Record incidents (absences, vacations, disabilities). * Determine taxes and employer contributions (IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR). * Generate reports and bank disbursements. * Perform transactions in SUA, IDSE, and tax platforms. * Address employee inquiries regarding earnings and deductions. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred) or Administration. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years calculating payroll and managing tax obligations. * Proficiency in payroll systems. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, IMSS, and INFONAVIT. * Intermediate Excel skills. **Competencies** * Attention to detail. * Organization and planning. * Confidentiality. * Ability to work under pressure. **We Offer** * Salary of $12,000 \- $14,000 MXN per month. * Statutory benefits. * Positive work environment.
