Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise shipping personnel activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety and hygiene procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of personnel and transportation for daily shipments 2. Ensuring quality standards and safety procedures 3. Tracking deliveries and controlling shipments ***Shift Supervisor (Shipping)*** **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in a Shift Supervisor/Team Leader role within the Shipping department * Technical degree * Knowledge of logistics and personnel management is essential * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Familiarity with shipping software is desirable * Availability to work rotating shifts (3 shifts) * Ability to commute without difficulty to Eje 106 **Responsibilities/Activities:** * Coordinate daily shipment activities of assigned personnel together with transportation providers. * Ensure shipments comply with established quality standards and procedures. * Fully execute priority shipments; provide feedback if not executed. * Ensure compliance with established procedures and safety and hygiene measures for assigned personnel. * Monitor timely and accurate delivery of finished products. * Operate various software systems for shipment control and transport tracking. **We Offer:** * Competitive weekly salary. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Savings fund, life insurance, savings box, food vouchers, etc. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Educational support * Savings box * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
