Project development with creativity and problem-solving. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Higher education — Bachelor's degree. * Age: 35 years old * Prior experience at La Loma Club * Rendering and drawings completed at 100% * Ability to design, plan, and manage construction projects. * Extensive experience in residential and commercial buildings. * Personal vehicle required **Knowledge:** * 3ds Max * AutoCAD * Rendering * Construction * Creativity * Design * Concept catalog * Project management * Project planning * Problem solving **Skills:** · To supervise construction and ensure compliance with legal and safety requirements . **Responsibilities:** · Design of steel structures · Preparation of drawings · Generators and estimates. · Proficiency in design and rendering software · Flexible working hours · Ability to work in a team. · Analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
