Clear technical writing and end-user orientation **INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER** **Objective**: Design and develop training materials for web-based systems, ensuring users understand the processes and can use them efficiently. **Required** 3\+ years of instructional design experience in corporate environments Experience developing training for web-based systems (ERP, CRM, or similar platforms) Clear, structured, and end-user-oriented technical writing Ability to structure content into logical modules Experience collaborating with SMEs to document processes Scriptwriting, manual development, and/or digital course creation **Important** Clear, structured, and end-user-oriented technical writing Ability to structure content into logical modules Experience collaborating with SMEs to document processes Scriptwriting, manual development, and/or digital course creation **Desirable (Plus)** Experience with LMS (Moodle, Docebo, etc.) Authoring tools (Articulate, Rise, Captivate) Video tools (Loom, Camtasia) Knowledge of UX or Learning Experience (LX) Use of AI for content generation or enhancement Experience measuring training outcomes (adoption, usage, etc.) Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
