Looking to improve performance, cost and quality with the safety standards that are being required with the goal to drive sales growth by meeting or exceeding customer expectations. To lead a multidisciplinary team for a success implementation of new products. **Responsibilities** **Responsabilities** * Develop detailed product specifications by analyzing performance and customer requirements. * Provides product technical information to the business development and design team. * Assists Territory and Regional Manager in adapting current and new products to customer need and satisfaction. * Assists design and manufacturing in the development of new and/or revised product according to customer requirements. * Defines and supports validation test plans. Evaluates results for accuracy and precision. Ensures conformance to product specifications to achieve customer and product reliability and safety standards. * Conducts market research through trade associations, internet investigation and Corporate services. * Develops and maintains comprehensive knowledge of competitive products and their activity in the marketplace and provides reports on a regularly scheduled basis. * Provide cost information for new customer requirements. * Lead multidisciplinary team and responsible for the successful launch of new products. * Look for alternatives to improve the design and impact in the financial statement of the plant looking for better product cost. * Supports field sales and distributors as required to provide a premier customer experience. * May be required to provide technical training of customers and distributors in Division products. **Qualifications** **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Design Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar. * Familiar with Design engineering and analysis tools (CAD, Minitab, Excel) * Working knowledge of engineering principles, techniques, and industry practices. * Strong customer\-facing skillset * Working knowledge of hydraulic system design * Transportation and truck industry experience a plus * Fluent English * 3\+ years in a similar position or 5\+ years in an engineering position. * Experience in the implementation of new products or project management activities. **Language Tags**
