**Important company in the industry** is seeking: Warehouse Manager work location: Cadereyta Jimenez NL (only candidates residing in Cadereyta or neighboring municipalities will be considered) Competencies: proactive, flexible schedule availability, adherence to processes, results-oriented. **Functions:** * Reviews inventory counts performed by Warehouse Supervisors to follow up on any discrepancies that may arise. * ° Validates Product and/or Packaging Days of Sales to detect potential stockouts or inventory saturation. * ° Constantly reviews the shipping schedule to ensure all scheduled products arrive on time and makes changes or cancellations as needed. * ° Requests transfers to other distribution centers (CDs) to prevent product stockouts in the warehouse. ° * ° Drives resolution of inventory discrepancies in the warehouse, notifies the CD responsible of any discrepancies, and requests their approval (VoBo) to jointly decide on discrepancy adjustments with Internal Control. * ° Ensures the Warehouse Supervisor properly completes and signs Inventory Discrepancy Reports to provide evidence during warehouse audits with Internal Control. * Validates classification of shrinkage to determine its origin and guarantee accurate physical and system inventory integrity for these materials. * ° Establishes specific storage locations for damaged products within the warehouse layout to ensure defective products and/or packaging are not mixed with good-condition materials. * ° Follows up on substandard products arriving from plant to ensure only good-quality products are received at CCM Distribution Centers, verifies that the plant issues appropriate inventory credits, and ensures destruction is carried out according to CCM Spill Policies. * ° Monitors Shrinkage Disposal together with Internal Control to prevent excessive accumulation of product or packaging in CCM warehouses, reducing risks of accidents and/or unhygienic conditions.
