




**Job Objective** Plan, organize, direct, control, and coordinate appropriate sales policies and programs to achieve management objectives, expanding the national portfolio of new customers while increasing revenue from existing customers. **Main Responsibilities** 1. Develop the annual sales plan and achieve the established target. 2. Conduct prospecting activities to attract new customers nationwide. 3. Identify retention and repeat-purchase strategies for existing customers. 4. Prepare sales reports requested by Management. 5. Address needs or new services required by existing customers, as identified by the Engineering Department. 6. Provide customer advisory services to deliver comprehensive and appropriate solutions tailored to their needs. 7. Stay informed about market and industry trends to anticipate actions that ensure company profitability. 8. Manage the sales force, define commercial team objectives, and monitor progress to ensure achievement. 9. Serve as the company’s official spokesperson before media outlets, educational institutions, associations, and any other entities contributing to the company’s market positioning. 10. Organize and develop promotion and sales procedures, policies, and objectives for Commercial Alliances. 11. Design promotional programs to support the achievement of commercial objectives. 12. Analyze and propose to Management special discounts for strategic customers.
