**Job Description** We are seeking an experienced **Motor Grader Operator** to join a construction project. The position requires safe and efficient operation of the equipment for grading and shaping earthworks, ensuring finish quality and adherence to the construction schedule. **Responsibilities** * Operate motor grader for **grading, subgrade shaping, fine grading of earthworks, ditching, and slope work**. * Follow survey markings and instructions (elevations, stakes, benchmarks). * Conduct daily equipment inspections (fluid levels, lubrication, leaks, tires, etc.). * Report malfunctions and coordinate with preventive/corrective maintenance. * Comply with **safety** measures and proper use of PPE. * Maintain communication with supervision regarding progress and on-site adjustments. **Requirements** * Minimum **5 years** of verifiable motor grader operating experience. * Knowledge of earthworks, urban development, road construction, or platform construction. * Strong focus on safety, responsibility, and punctuality. * Valid documentation. * DC-3 or Competency Certificate (preferred). **We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Growth opportunities in large-scale projects. * Job stability with an established company in the industry.
