We are now looking to welcome the following professional to our team: **Process Manager** Position Objective Lead the design, documentation, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization’s operational and administrative processes, strengthening efficiency, internal control, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, as well as internal and external customer experience. Main Responsibilities * Process mapping, analysis, and redesign. * Policy design and development in collaboration with department heads. * Monitoring and management of continuous improvements. * Management of the virtual library (uploading policies and access control). * Internal audit and review of process and policy compliance. * Development and execution of the semi-annual documentation plan and policy updates. Required Experience * Policy design and documentation. * Process mapping and optimization. * Development and management of internal documentation. * Internal auditing. * Internal control management and document administration. Technical Competencies * Flowchart design. * Information analysis and structuring. * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Key Competencies * Teamwork. * Influence and persuasion. * Customer orientation. * Organization and results orientation. Profile * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Actuarial Science, or related field. * Minimum 4 years of professional experience in process improvement.
