




Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Intern to support new employee onboarding, personnel file management, and social media content creation. Key Highlights: 1. Creation of social media content **JOIN THE REGIOPYTSA TEAM!** WE ARE SEEKING A HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN **WE OFFER:** * Stipend: $7,500 * Internship contract * Student insurance * Free cafeteria * Internal learning and growth. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive newly hired staff. * Responsible for welcoming and integrating candidates into the company. * Receive and review basic documentation required for personnel file compilation. * Monitor and verify the correct completion of new-hire forms. * Take photographs of newly hired staff (ID badges and group photos). * Deliver HR orientation training. * Assign staff to their respective departments. * Create social media content (videos, flyers, etc.). * Compile personnel files. * Administer surveys (onboarding and weekly). * Track absenteeism. * Support the HR team and attend to staff needs. * Participate in institutional events.
