Description
We are seeking a **Purchasing and Projects Coordinator** responsible for managing procurement, inventory, and suppliers to ensure the proper supply of products and equipment required by the company.
**Responsibilities:**
* Issue purchase reports and purchase orders.
* Track suppliers and ensure product delivery to branches.
* Verify and record purchases in the system.
* Manage inventories, adjust stock levels, and control supplies.
* Oversee billing, payments, and account reconciliation.
* Monitor prices and periodically evaluate suppliers.
* Manage contracts, maintenance, and warranties for equipment.
* Ensure proper operation of hospital technology.
* Coordinate with the medical team regarding medications and products nearing expiration.
* Manage and negotiate with suppliers of products, equipment, and services.
* Control and supervise inventories and supplies across multiple branches.
* Track preventive and corrective equipment maintenance.
* Provide basic support for veterinary systems and hospital technologies.
* Supervise the supply of medical supplies and operational materials.
* Support administrative processes, innovation, and area automation.
* Participate in quality initiatives, internal processes, and continuous improvement.
* Coordinate and follow up on operational activities assigned by Management and Executive Leadership.
**Requirements:**
