




Job Summary: Administers and maintains the Plaza's technological infrastructure and computer equipment, ensuring information security and delivering technical support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of technological infrastructure and computer equipment. 2. Ensure information security and operational continuity. 3. Provide first-level technical support and advisory services. * Administer and maintain computer equipment, servers, surveillance cameras, telephony systems, and parking equipment at the Plaza in optimal condition. * Manage the Plaza's network and technological infrastructure. * Advise and train staff on the use of computer equipment. * Maintain a high level of information security. * Ensure continuous operation of hardware, software, and services at maximum performance to facilitate their use across all Plaza departments. * Organize, control, and automate information. * Design, implement, and maintain all components constituting the Plaza's information technology infrastructure. * Manage printing systems. * Support all departments with advisory services and procurement procedures for computer and electronic equipment. * Provide first-level technical support to users (hardware, software, network, email, etc.). * Escalate critical issues to the Systems Manager or vendors.
