Job Summary: We are seeking a SENIOR SCRUM MASTER to orchestrate value delivery in strategic projects, acting as a leader and facilitator within a hybrid framework. Key Highlights: 1. Currently, we are looking for a **SENIOR SCRUM MASTER** to join our \#xpertlovers family. **Job Responsibilities**: * Orchestrate and ensure value delivery across strategic projects in the Administration and Finance portfolio, acting as a leader and facilitator who masters and adapts a hybrid framework (Agile \+ Waterfall). * Develop and monitor schedules, work plans, and dependencies. * Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes. * This role is critical in guiding teams toward achieving their objectives, optimizing workflow through JIRA, and ensuring smooth and transparent communication across all involved areas — directly contributing to the modernization of key systems such as Payroll. **Primary Technology** * Expert-level proficiency in Scrum and Waterfall frameworks. * Advanced and demonstrable expertise in JIRA and Confluence (workflow management, backlogs, dashboards, reporting). * Experience with MS Project and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). Competencies and Skills (Soft Skills) **Secondary Technology** * MS Project, JIRA, Microsoft Office / Google Workspace. **Required Certifications**: Certifications such as Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master, or Agile Coach; PMI, SCRUM, or SAFe certifications are desirable. **Hiring Details**: **Maximum Salary Range**: To be agreed upon **Work Modality**: HYBRID **Contract Type**: INDEFINITE Salary: $36,000\.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote work in Monterrey, N.L.
