Job Summary: We are seeking a System Implementer with experience in industrial environments to execute, configure, and monitor systems, provide on-site user support for adopting new functionalities, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. (**NOT** technical support). The candidate will be responsible for executing implementation and monitoring activities for systems within operational environments, ensuring proper functionality of technological solutions and providing on-site user support. Main Responsibilities: * Implement, configure, and validate systems used on the plant floor * Conduct functional testing, fault detection, and follow-up on incidents reported by users * Provide on-site user support during adoption of new features and processes * Document procedures, configurations, and implementation results * Collaborate with engineering, IT, and operations teams to ensure operational continuity * Deliver floor-level support activities in production areas * Track requirements and report progress to the project leader \*Requirements\* * 1\+ year of experience in system implementation and integration * Training of end users * Ability to work in industrial environments (plant floor) * Availability for on-site work * Use of PPE * Availability for rotating shifts (occasionally) * Soft skills * Effective communication with users and technical teams * Ability to work under pressure * Organization and results orientation * Problem-solving skills Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $19,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have implementing or integrating systems in industrial environments? * Have you worked directly on the plant floor conducting functional testing and incident follow-up? * Are you available to work on-site and on rotating shifts if required (occasionally)?
