Job Summary: We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, coordinate resources, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations. Key Highlights: 1. What do you need? Education: Industrial Engineering or related field. 2 years of warehouse experience (not production). Proficiency in SAP or warehouse management systems. What will be your contribution? Determine the daily work plan for inbound, storage, picking, and outbound processes for the assigned account, analyzing order characteristics and allocating and coordinating required human and material resources. Supervise execution of the daily work plan. Generate management information for the assigned account, updating and analyzing operational reports to support decision-making. Verify compliance with hygiene and safety standards for personnel and the warehouse by conducting periodic inspections of facilities and staff to maintain safety levels established by the client and the company. Supervise inventory control during the assigned shift, verifying correct product location and picking, as well as accurate recording of incoming and outgoing goods, supporting overall inventory accuracy. Supervise the use and maintenance of assigned resources (material and human), defining consumables requirements, scheduling maintenance for assigned equipment, and verifying staff attendance to ensure necessary infrastructure is available to deliver services as stipulated and required by the company. Foster appropriate personnel conditions by coordinating training activities, specifying safety rules, policies, and operational procedures, thereby ensuring staff understand and master guidelines for optimal performance and achievement of required productivity levels. Ensure implementation and compliance with the Quality Management System, regulatory requirements, and client requirements through daily operations. · What do you get?
