Job Summary: We are seeking a QA Engineer to ensure compliance with customer quality requirements, manage the quality system, and coordinate internal and external audits. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements (CSR's) 2. Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) 3. Coordinate internal and external audits **We are looking for a QA Engineer** **Requirements:** * Experience in quality area, * Basic knowledge of manufactured and received products at the plant. * Knowledge of the quality system. * Proficiency in non-conforming material procedures. * Experience in customer service and incident management. (Mandatory) * **Conversational English** * Excel proficiency * Problem solving: 8Ds, 5 Whys, DOE, Shainin / Red\-X toolboxes. * Personnel management * Ability to work in a dynamic environment. * Flexible working hours **Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with all specific customer quality requirements (CSR's) throughout the entire product development cycle. * Customer support and service.
