Key responsibilities include tracking requested materials, controlling inventory levels, and maintaining effective relationships with suppliers and internal teams—always striving for efficiency and achievement of company objectives. **Responsibilities** * Manage the flow of materials, covering inventory planning through receipt, storage, and distribution * Analyze inventory levels, ensure material quality and safety, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal customers. * Implement process improvements, analyze data to optimize costs and performance, and ensure compliance with regulations governing proper receipt, storage, and shipment of materials or products **Education Level** High school diploma completed **Inventory Management** \- MFG: Knowledge of inventory management processes and methods; ability to effectively manage local or distributed inventories of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods. **Practical Knowledge Level:** * Control initial inventory and maintain continuous records of receipts and issuances * Generate reports and monitor stock levels * Ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) process compliance * Familiarity with technology such as software and scanners to optimize processes, including SAP. logistics and development of efficient networks. **Problem Solving**: Knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques to recognize, anticipate, and resolve organizational, operational, or process-related problems; ability to appropriately apply problem-solving knowledge to diverse situations. **Practical Knowledge Level:** * Understand the problem by identifying its root cause * Active communication, critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration skills are fundamental to this process * Examine a specific problem and understand the perspective of each stakeholder involved. * Help identify the best response to achieve an appropriate solution **Additional Information** * Job Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo León. * Work Schedule: Monday through Saturday. * Availability to rotate shifts. * Relocation is not provided. **Final Details:** Please frequently check the email associated with your application, including your spam/junk folder, as this is our primary method of correspondence.
