At **Banco Bancrea**, we are seeking a Functional Requirements Specialist. **Location:** San Pedro Garza García, NL. **Objective:** Support various Bancrea business and/or staff areas in designing functional requirements for new financial products/services requested, as well as establishing strategies with these areas for their implementation and monitoring their commercialization. **Requirements:** * 2 years of experience in a similar position * Completed bachelor’s degree in: Business Administration, International Business, Public Accounting, or related field Specific knowledge: * Traditional financial products and general credit processes, and/or specialization in current account and simple credit products. * Credit processes in local currency and U.S. dollars. **Key responsibilities:** * Understand user business needs or projects through working sessions to translate them into requirements. * Draft user requirements and deliver them to IT. * Manage projects/requirements end-to-end: technical, compliance, regulatory, legal framework, service channels, back office, and risk. * Monitor the implementation of user projects/requirements, track and report their status, and define optimal strategies.
