With over 2,200 colleagues, join a team where collaboration and engagement are prioritized in helping save one million more lives, every year, by 2030\. **About the role** Key responsibilities include: * Item verification: Validate new parts, tools, and assemblies before release to production. * Implementation follow\-up: Track and support new tools and processes during pilot runs and production launch. * PD tool knowledge: Apply CAD, PLM, and tolerance analysis tools to support design reviews and manufacturability checks. * Manufacturing process support: Collaborate with production teams to ensure manufacturability and compliance with standards. * Tulip and automation: Provide initial guidance and support in evaluating Tulip/automation solutions, assisting the direct responsible in their early implementation and ensuring alignment with process efficiency goals. * Cross\-functional collaboration: Act as the communication bridge between PD engineers, manufacturing supervisors, and suppliers. * Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline implementation and reduce delays in new product launches. **What we are looking for** We’re seeking a Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineer Preferred qualifications: 4\+ years of experience in manufacturing support, product development, or process engineering. Familiarity with NX, Teamcenter, and tolerance analysis tools.
